Today we faced power related issue to some of our Web & Database Servers at US Data Centre - For some reason the backup power to some of our servers were not stable which caused servers non accessible. The power issue was more related to network components.
The customers affected were V4 version customers.
Our upstream providers have fixed the issue now.
